This course is designed for the telecommunications technician responsible for providing customer support of residential and small business networks as well as supporting networking applications in their own business environment.
Course content includes technical concepts and applications for advanced router configuration, virtual private networks (VPNs), network security and firewalls, communications protocols, and high end networking hardware including gigabit Ethernet.
